Working at La Favola will give you the keys to happiness inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, right in the heart of the flower market on Cours Saleya.
We are looking for a Head Waiter / Maître d’Hôtel (M/F) on a seasonal fixed-term contract until the end of October (with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract), to assist the Restaurant Manager and lead the team.
Your role:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager
- Ensure strong team cohesion
- Supervise dining room service
- Help during service (taking orders, serving, handling payments)
You:
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Are a team player
- Master fish filleting/carving
- Have a good level of English
- Have at least 2 years of solid experience in a similar position
