Commis de Salle H/F

Carmela

Working at Carmela will allow you to reveal the soft and voluptuous character of Italian charm in an intimate setting on Place Charles Félix.

We are looking for three Commis de Salle (H/F) on a seasonal fixed-term contract (CDD), part-time evening shifts, to support the Chefs de Rang during service.

Your role:

  • Assist the Chef de Rang throughout the service

  • Set up the tables

  • Clear the tables

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant

You:

  • Are dynamic and a team player

  • Have a sense of responsibility and a job well done

  • Are eager to discover the restaurant industry and contribute to the best customer experience

  • Have an excellent presentation

Split shifts (lunch service, break, dinner service)
Evening continuous shifts from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 5 evenings per week
Non-accommodation position
