CHEF DE RANG H/F

Carmela

Working at Carmela will allow you to reveal the soft and voluptuous character of Italian charm in an intimate setting on Place Charles Félix in Nice.

We are looking for a seasonal fixed-term, part-time position (5 or 6 evenings per week) for an experienced Chef de Rang (M/F) to be the key player in front-of-house service.

Your role:

  • Present the menu
  • Advise guests
  • Take orders
  • Provide table service
  • Handle payments

You:

  • Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Are dynamic and a team player
  • Master fish filleting/carving
  • Have a good level of English
  • Have at least 1 year of solid experience in a similar role

What we offer:

  • 50% reimbursement of public transportation costs

  • Staff meal included for each working day

Evening shifts, 6 nights per week.
