Working at Carmela will allow you to reveal the sweet and voluptuous character of Italian charm in an intimate setting on Place Charles Félix in Nice.
We are looking, for a seasonal fixed-term contract (CDD) of 30 hours per week, for a Chef de Rang (H/F) to be the main actor of the dining room service.
Your role:

Present the menu

Advise guests

Take orders

Carry out table service

Handle payments
You:

Have a strong sense of customer contact and service

Are dynamic and have a team spirit

Master fish carving/filleting
-
Have a good level of English
-
Have solid experience in a similar position (minimum 1 year)

Continuous evening schedule, 6 evenings out of 7 – from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
