CHEF DE PARTIE H/F

Today, the group consists of: 4 Italian restaurants, 1 Mediterranean fish restaurant, 2 beach restaurants, 2 pastry and bakery laboratories, and our catering service with its own laboratory.

Our beautiful Pastry Laboratory is currently recruiting a Chef de Partie – Pastry (M/F) on a full-time permanent contract (CDI) to join and strengthen the team!

Your role

  • You will report to the Head Pastry Chefs and will be responsible for the preparation and production of viennoiseries, desserts, and pastries.

  • You will carefully follow base recipes, proportions, temperature, and baking times, mastering their execution perfectly.

  • You will prepare desserts by alternating classic recipes and specialties: bavarois, hot doughnuts, pudding, tarts or tartlets, different types of choux or éclairs, fruit entremets, etc.

  • You will prepare doughs, creams, sauces and coulis, soufflés, ice creams, and more.

Your key qualities

  • Organized and methodical

  • Strong interest in pastry and dessert creation

  • Sense of responsibility and pride in well-executed work

  • In-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie

  • Discipline and strong work capacity

  • Recognized for your creativity and able to contribute significantly to the reputation of our laboratory
