We are looking for a full-time permanent contract (CDI), a Sous-Chef (M/F) to join our brigade inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
You are:

An excellent cook, with perfect knowledge of all roles within the kitchen brigade

Methodical and disciplined

A good administrator

Knowledgeable about hygiene standards
