Our beach restaurant Uvita, located in Cap-d’Ail, is recruiting a Sous Chef (M/F) to complete its 2026 seasonal brigade for a 6-month period.
Under the direction of the Head Chef, you represent the Mediterranean and Italian specialties of our beach restaurant.
You are:

An excellent cook with a perfect knowledge of all positions within a kitchen brigade

Methodical and disciplined

A manager

A good administrator/organizer

Knowledgeable about hygiene standards

In very good physical condition
