Les Petits Marchands
Les Petits Marchands is a bakery–pastry–snacking concept born in 2022 in Nice, now operating two shops in the Port of Nice / Garibaldi area.
Behind the project: the Bonifassi brothers (Maison Bonifassi), Philippe Cannatella (Gusto Family group), and Loïs Guenzati (Peixes brands).
The result? A lively, hybrid, and indulgent place, somewhere between a neighborhood bakery, a creative pastry shop, and a modern coffee shop—where you can pick up your bread, enjoy a cappuccino, grab a quick lunch, or treat yourself to a real gourmet break.
Here, snacking is anything but “basic”:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a kitchen commis to join the adventure: someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, appreciates good food, and is eager to learn in a lively kitchen.
? Your missions
- Prepare ingredients (peeling, cutting, assembling)
- Make our homemade snack recipes (with care and precision)
- Assist with prep and plating
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Clean and maintain your workstation
- Help receive and store deliveries
? Profile we’re looking for
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus
- Motivated, dynamic, always ready to help
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented, without losing the joy of cooking
- Appreciates quality products and homemade food
