Les Petits Marchands

Les Petits Marchands is a bakery–pastry–snacking concept born in 2022 in Nice, now operating two shops in the Port of Nice / Garibaldi area.

Behind the project: the Bonifassi brothers (Maison Bonifassi), Philippe Cannatella (Gusto Family group), and Loïs Guenzati (Peixes brands).

The result? A lively, hybrid, and indulgent place, somewhere between a neighborhood bakery, a creative pastry shop, and a modern coffee shop—where you can pick up your bread, enjoy a cappuccino, grab a quick lunch, or treat yourself to a real gourmet break.

Here, snacking is anything but “basic”:

We cook with the seasons, always aiming to surprise… without ever forgetting taste.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a kitchen commis to join the adventure: someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, appreciates good food, and is eager to learn in a lively kitchen.

? Your missions

  • Prepare ingredients (peeling, cutting, assembling)
  • Make our homemade snack recipes (with care and precision)
  • Assist with prep and plating
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Clean and maintain your workstation
  • Help receive and store deliveries

? Profile we’re looking for

  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus
  • Motivated, dynamic, always ready to help
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, without losing the joy of cooking
  • Appreciates quality products and homemade food

? Your strengths in the kitchen

  • Basic cooking knowledge
  • Good understanding of food hygiene rules
  • Fast execution with attention to detail
