Working at Uvita means providing a tailored service to ensure the greatest comfort for our guests, on this beach in Cap d’Ail that offers far more than the gentle warmth of the sun.
We are looking for several Chefs de Partie (M/F) to join our brigade inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, for a seasonal fixed-term contract of 6 months.
Your role:

Assist the Sous-Chef and the Head Chef

Enhance and elevate our dishes

Master both hot and cold stations
You:
-
Respect hygiene and food safety standards

Master cooking techniques according to the station you are assigned to

Have a strong team spirit

Have at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen

Working hours: split shifts (lunch service, break, dinner service) and continuous shifts.
